The matter vetoed by the President of same Council may be revised and instituted no earlier than 1 week after successful vetoing by President of same Council. The Council President MAY also institute a decision that will affect all parties involved (hereafter referenced as DECREES) with exception to matters regarding war with the collective UN itself and Vested parties, however, these are limited by the Council in that it can be blocked but there must be at least a full 70% disagreement and thus refuted by vote.

In the event that a peaceful solution is not reached and dissatisfaction remains, please reference Article 4. It should also be noted that in the event that a Platoon desires to join the UN but is part of a larger faction that is not associated with said UN, the prospective Platoon must either pull in and associate the head of the faction they are originally a branch of or must separate into an "Independent Force". If the head faction of the original Platoon that desires alliance with the UN does not desire peace with the UN and is also in a position to declare war, the "Independent Force" will be required to either follow the head faction or the UN regulations. If the UN regulations are not followed then a provisional voting by Council of no less than 5 members may choose to remove the "Independent Force" from the UN Allied listings.

Article 6) Foreign Relations
The UN must strive to maintain a good relationship with the rest of the clans of the community. To help keep such relations peaceful, joint training sessions with other MilSim groups not directly under the UN may be allowed and assistance may be offered if the groups are considered a Vested Interest. If the UN is called upon to help a Foreign Unit that is considered an Vested Interest, the Council may allow a detached force of (volunteer) Units or Independent Forces to assist so long as there is at least a 60% approval from same Council.
As there are times where the UN may "lend" out an Independent Force or Unit, (volunteer) forces are not to take on the tags, emblems or otherwise distinguishing features to not related to the UN, the original force they are part of, or their original Platoon. Similarly, When the Units are engaged in an op, it is expected that the emblem be stamped with the UN acronym at the bottom right of screen in gold. Article 7) Expulsion
In the case of a serious internal issue that results in the expulsion of a member clan or soldier(Individual(s)), it must first be voted by no fewer than 80% Council members present and must also provide details regarding the cause for the expulsion, including who, the Unit they are affiliated with(if an Individual(s)), reason for expulsion, and when the issue of concern took place. In this situation there will be not one but two separate votings. The initial voting will immediately suspend all activities regarding the affected Unit or Individual(s). The second voting will take place no sooner than 2(two) days after initial vote. The affected parties are allowed to state their case for revision to Council and a decision will then be reached per discussion and finally votes. Once a Unit or Individual(s) has been voted twice and finally expelled from the UN and/or its affiliates, they cannot be reinstated without a 100% approval rating of both the Council and the President of the residing body. Also, the President of said Council cannot decree that a Unit or Individual(s) be allowed to remain without a 60% approval of Council.
